NZ Hemp: Hemp Bill back in Parliament Green MP Nandor Tanczos' bill to make it legal to grow low-THC hemp was finally back in Parliament today for its' Second Reading. The member's bill was drawn from the ballot in 2001 and sent to the Primary Production select committee. The committee refused to hold hearings to consider Nandor's proposed bill.
