We need more people to actively support cannabis law reform! Membership of The National Organisation for the Reform of Marijuana Laws in New Zealand is NZ$20 per year. We encourage people who can afford it to become a Sustaining Member at $50 per year, and we also offer low-income unemployed people, students and pensioners a concession rate of $10 per year (Sorry, we do not accept overseas memberships at this time).

Join our Campaign

Have a read of our campaign plan. How you get involved is really up to you, and depends on your skills, time, energy, commitment, interests, likes and dislikes. You might be good at organising fundraising events and parties, raffles, protests, tours, distributing leaflets, putting up posters, servicing things (eg, vehicles, computers, photocopiers etc), or writing letters or articles (to newspapers, MPs, local groups, for NORML’s own publications and leaflets etc), or drawing /painting/graphic design, or whatever else you can think of that would help change our cannabis laws. Of course, if you can’t afford the time or energy and still want to make a difference, you can still donate money!

Members are sent a member’s pack including heaps of useful information, some stickers, a back-issue of Cannabis Culture magazine, plus some back-issues of NORML NEWS magazine.

Please note: we are no longer producing quarterly magazines, but are instead focusing on this website and intend to produce one NORML Annual each year. This does mean, of course, that your membership fees will go towards activism rather than a printing press…

Donations in addition to the minimum membership fee are really appreciated and will greatly assist us to reach our goals. Please consider setting up a regular A/P of whatever you can afford – even a few dollars per week or month would really help the cause.
